ZenGym offers various membership plans, including Basic, Premium, Family, and individual session packages. By signing up for a membership, you agree to pay the corresponding fees as outlined on our website. Memberships are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

Class Reservations

Members can book classes in advance through our online scheduling system. Reservations are subject to availability, and ZenGym reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes as needed.

Conduct and Usage

All members are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and other members. Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or misuse of equipment may result in the termination of your membership.

Liability Waiver

By participating in any of our fitness programs, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. ZenGym is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your participation in our activities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying us at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused sessions. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, ZenGym may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
